New
CFO For CarePro
The
CarePro Inc. board of directors has hired Ronald Ronaldson as the company’s new
Chief Financial Official (CFO).
Ronaldson has an MBA from MSU and is considered well equipped for the
job. Ronaldson has a record of scrupulous integrity that matches the character
of CarePro Inc. He will be
replacing Harold Bergman, who was asked to resign after allegations of
embezzlement.
CarePro
Inc. supplies medical equipment to the majority of the major hospitals in
Michigan. Its mission statement is
“To provide quality medical equipment at a price that recognizes ideals of
goodwill and fair play, and to ensure our equipment is designed with both
precaution and innovation.”
CarePro has been a trusted provider for 59 hospitals for over 40 years.
Ronaldson’s goal for the company is to expand its supply area
to reach more hospitals, including ones in Indiana, thus allowing CarePro to
further reduce its prices in the future to supply affordable medical
equipment.

Local heavy metal string quartet The Great Divide to release new album

New Album
The Great Divide will release their third album, Metaphorical Toes, on April 19th. It is a full twelve-track album and
will be sold for $10.99. Metaphorical Toes will feature more
tracks with vocals than the previous two albums.

Upcoming Tour
The band will start its summer tour on April 24th
and will be performing across the state of Michigan, as well as select
performances in Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, and one show in Iowa.

Band Members
The Great Divide
was formed in Jackson, MI, by brothers Willy and Steven Chang, who both play
the electric violin. Caleb Irving
plays the electric viola. The band
also features Clint Harvey on the electric cello and Johan Borg on the drums,
with both adding vocals on selected songs.

Genre
The band primarily plays a blend of heavy metal and classical
music. Most of their songs are
original compositions but some tracks are arrangements of classical pieces,
particularly those of Beethoven.
